What actually makes a country democratic? You must have heard that Democracy is the rule of the people, for the people and by the people. To ensure this very ‘rule by the people’, elections are held. Hence, elections are the process by which people select their representatives in the government.
Since in a big country with a huge population of billions, it is not possible for everybody to gather and rule each other. Hence, a system eventually came to be formed where a group of people would select one person to represent their interests.
Constituencies are areas marked for people to elect their representatives from. In India, each constituency has roughly a similar size of the population, meaning the number of constituencies from state to state. This also implies that the number of seats (example, in Lok Sabha) is in proportion to the population of the state.
The constituencies have people who vote for their representatives or can even stand for elections themselves. ‘Electoral rolls’ are the lists of voters in one constituency. A political party registers for elections and individuals file their nomination papers too. Then, a person each gets a ‘ticket’ from the party they’re representing and he can formally contest the elections. Every party has a symbol that represents them, Each party contesting elections has a particular ideology and set of policies. They need to hold political campaigns for around two weeks in order to publicize them and gather voters
The votes are them later counted and the candidate with the majority of the votes wins the election.

Challenges of election process
The rigging of poll booths. Some big political parties have an obvious advantage where they can use an excess of money power to ‘buy’ votes with bribery.Even while campaigning, smaller parties have a disadvantage since they don’t have as much money or power as the bigger parties.

The term called difficulties is not that which anybody chooses by birth or wishes to get more difficult life . Is the thing which is given by god.

Humans can only complain from god for making his/her life difficult, challenging or can cry , be in depression , be involved in unwanted activities like drugs, alcohol and many more there is no end but except been involved in these situations their is also a way to get out from difficult situations that is “FIND OUT A WAY , FIGHT , BE STRONG “.

These terms we have listend alot but never used it in real life. We always find easy ways to get out from situations and sometimes it becomes worse.

Why not to think positively? Why not sit down and think what decision I have make wrong and How to correct it and definitely You will find a way

Difficulties are part of life that everyone has to face but there is always a given choice to us whether to come out from it successfully or get into worsen situation.

#Remember :- Difficulties are always for short term period.

#be strong

We have listen and read alot about Women Empowerment, Education, Equality and a lot. There are so many articles, videos, posts, blogs. Even there are permanent columns on newspapers related to this. Do these things really helpful for a women ?

We know women as a daughter, girlfriend, wife, mother, grandmother, ma’am, sister-in-law, bhabhi and many more relations women play in her single life. But what’s her own identity?

Women is that creation of god which scarifies everything for everyone without uttering a single word. And if she dares to speak for herself then the society makes assumptions about her which carry forwarded to her Character assassination.

In Indian society Girl child/Women is considered as family’s pride both in “parents house” and “husband’s house”. But where is her own pride ?

Why the family’s pride has been beaten, tourted inside the house ? If she is the pride of the house. Then her respect should also be there in which ever role she is in. Women’s are always the pride of the house if not in your house but in other’s house she is.

Empowerment, Education and Equality has been started given everywhere, the concepts and values are getting clear in people’s mind but what about her own Identity ? How long it will take to understand ?

Women’s should also find her Identity, raise her voice and the responsibility of loving ones is to support and fight for her.

IDENTITY is important for EVERYONE

Once upon a time we wished for everyday should be sunday. We wished so badly that our very caring friends listened us. They have created such a atmosphere that everyday has became sunday. But why people are regretting , why they are becoming so Impatient , why they want to end the Vacation ?

Earlier children were praying from god “pls do something” “set schools/colleges on fire” “we want break”. After so many prayers when God listened them. Now they want everything back to normal, missing schools/colleges, teachers and friends. Again praying has started but for different.

There are so many pending requests at God’s house. And when he started clearing all the mess and fulfilling all wishes then humans want everything back as it was earlier. Then why you wished?

Let me give you all one more example. When we were in class 11th each students wished for PCM and COMMERCE and when you get it you regert it then why to wish?

Concept of what you want in life , what you want to become. what you wished for should be clear. When you are not clear don’t wish for that. Everything happens in this world with a reason. You meet someone, you get something there always has a reason behind that.

At the End……….

MASKA 2020 Film

Storyline: Young Rumi wants to let go of his family legacy to pursue his dreams of becoming an actor.

I was just going through Netflix’s there I found this movie called Maska with the # 1 in India today from top 10 movies. This movie is directed by Neeraj Udwani who is best known for directing over a hundred episodes of the anthology seriesand Yeh Hai Aashiqui. Basically the movie Maska is about family legacy. It is very connecting, heart-warming, Unique, family movie and a must watch movie.

The shooting of the story took place in Mumbai. Main characters of the story are
teen Rumi Irani (Kamani), Rumi’s dad Rustom’s (Jaaved Jaaferi, from Dhamaal) and his mother Diana (Koirala) known as The Irani family in movie. Supportive actors were small-town divorcée Mallika Chopra (Dutta) and neighbour Persis Mistry (Setia). The story is about Irani family – which lives in South Mumbai and in the neighborhood owns an Irani cafe called Rustom’s Cafe.Diana wants his son Rumi to took over the cafe and follow the family legacy and walk on the footsteps of his father Rustom but Rumi was having some other plans. Rumi was 19 year old and want to become an actor but Diana want that he should restart the famous dishes of the cafe. He always day dreamed of winning an black lady and become a famous star for that he joined academy to learn were he fallen in love with Mallika Chopra. She was very good at acting. Rumi wants to win best actor award with Mallika but unfortunately Mallika won and Rumi doesn’t. Mallika was non – irani and pushes Rumi to do live in but that was not possible for Rumi so she told her story that she left her hometown, her parents, and her husband after 3 months of marriage just to full fill her dreams and Rumi should leave her mother. Rumi fights with her mother and manage to live in. He was not able to pass any audition but Mallika got a break after 2 years. She through a party in which Rumi found a director who needs a hero in his film and wants 5 crores also for the film then and there only he decided to sell his cafe and decided to move back home in which Mallika supported him then she left Mumbai for shoot amd Rumi was back home where he identified the importance of cafe for people he was able to found happiness here only the role of Persis began but the film deal was still on……..Her mother was able to found that what was the purpose of his to come home and the next day she sign the power of attorney but at the end he rejects the deal broke up with Mallika because he understood what his father told his mother when he was born that he would be the famous chef and he realized that he loves Persis not Mallika.

There were many actors in film and all did the fantastic job. Rumi father Rustom was dead but only Rumi was able to see them and talk that of sweet as it show father son bond. All the characters has done the realistic acting. You believe in movie get connected with it.

Honestly, I like everything in the movie if a person likes realistic movie then this movie is the best option. There is nothing in the movie that you would not like. You can also correlate it with your real life also.

The main lesson given from this movie is “Not all Dreams are meant to Fulfill”. You dream for many things but only that dream’s come true with are your ikigai (It’s a Japanese concept which means that a person is meant for only for a particular thing. Like Rumi’s ikigai is mask)

It’s a family movie all kind of age group people can watch this movie. I would like to recommend it to all to watch this realistic movie and my final word for the film is It’s a awesome film.

My rating for this movie is 5 out of 5 because I liked it alot
